IOCL Inaugurates Large Format Retail Outlet along Southern Port Access Road

Sunil Paliwal, IAS, Chairman, Kamarajar Port Limited (KPL) and Chairperson, Chennai Port Authority, on 28 November 2025 inaugurated IOCL’s Large Format Retail Outlet (COCO) on a five-acre site along the Southern Port Access Road.
The inauguration was graced by the august presence of J.P. Irene Cynthia, IAS, Managing Director, KPL, and Anna Durai, Executive Director, IOCL. Heads of Departments and several senior officials were also present during the event.
This state-of-the-art outlet, equipped with modern amenities, is designed to serve both port users and the general public, offering a convenient, reliable, and upgraded refueling experience for the region.
