Deendayal Port Hosts 44th All India Major Ports Shuttle Badminton Tournament 2026

The 44th All India Major Ports Shuttle Badminton Tournament 2026 began at Deendayal Port, Kandla, on 17 February 2026.
Sushil Kumar Singh, IRSME, Chairman, DPA, inaugurated the tournament in the presence of Nilabhra Dasgupta, IRS, Deputy Chairman; J.K. Rathod, CPES, CVO; Yogesh Kumar Singh, Secretary and other senior officials of the port.
The tournament is being organised by DPA Kandla under the aegis of the Major Ports Sports Control Board, from 17–20 February 2026. Around 170 players representing 11 Major Ports — Deendayal Port (Kandla), Mumbai Port, Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Mormugao Port, New Mangalore Port, Cochin Port, Paradip Port, Visakhapatnam Port, Kamarajar Port (Ennore), Chennai Port, and V.O. Chidambaranar Port (Tuticorin), are competing at SVP Auditorium, Gopalpuri & KDTTA, Adipur.
