On 13 November 2025, a high-level British Delegation supported by GH2 India, led by British Deputy High Commissioner, Stephen Thomas Hickling, visited India’s first 1 MW Indigenous Green Hydrogen Plant at Deendayal Port, Kandla.
DPA Kandla’s rapid progress in clean-energy infrastructure, green port initiatives and its strategic role in India’s emerging Green Hydrogen value chain was appreciated. Kandla’s potential to become a key enabler of India’s national and global green-fuel ambitions is taking shape now.
Delegation From New Zealand High Commission Visits Kandla
DPA Kandla hosted a delegation from the New Zealand High Commission, along with leaders from NZ’s forestry & wood processing industry.
The team gained valuable insights and witnessed how Kandla plays a pivotal role as India’s leading EXIM gateway for timber, powering a major portion of the country’s timber supply chain.
