Chennai Port Achieves All-Time Record in Mill Scale Export Handling

Chennai Port has achieved an all-time record in the export of Mill Scale by handling 33,240 tons on a single day on 30 October 2025. The record shipment was executed through the vessel M.V Warisa Naree at Jawahar Dock – IV, surpassing the previous record of 24,200 tons handled from M.V Grace C on 06 February 2023.
This achievement highlights the operational efficiency and excellent coordination among all stakeholders involved in cargo handling operations at the Port.
