Kamarajar Port Observes 11th Ayurveda Day

Kamarajar Port Limited observed the 11th Ayurveda Day by organising a series of awareness and wellness activities for its officers and employees.
As part of the observance, Ayurveda Awareness Talk was organised by an Ayurveda Doctor from Apollo Hospitals for the benefit of officers and employees, focusing on Ayurveda, healthy lifestyle practices and holistic well-being.
Ayurveda Day posters/hoardings were displayed at prominent locations in the Port Administrative Building and Registered Office to disseminate the Ayurveda Day theme and promote awareness messages. Ayurveda-themed healthy refreshments were arranged for all the employees, promoting healthy and mindful living.
