Dr Xavier Britto’s Landmark Step Towards Logistics Education, Signs MoU with AMET University

Dr. S. Xavier Britto, Chairman & Founder of K-Indev Logistics and XB Group, signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AMET University to establish a Centre of Excellence in Logistics Management on 15 August 2026, in Chennai.
Making the occasion more special, as it coincided with his mother’s 100th birthday, and with her blessings, Dr. Britto launched the 2nd set of two new books co-authored with Dr. Bashir Rajan Babu – Born on Water: The Story of Ships and Transport Analytics.
Addressing the students and alumni, Dr. Britto spoke on India’s rapidly growing economy, vast opportunities in logistics sector, emphasizing that the success of tomorrow belongs to those who remain consistent, thereby inspiring everyone present.
The MoU and books launch marks another significant milestone towards the vision of establishing the XB University of Shipping & Logistics.
