CCFA Holds Cricket Tournament To Select Talented Players for “CCFA One Team”

The “CCFA Cricket Team” Selection Tournament was successfully conducted on 18 April 2026 at St. Peters Ground, Royapuram.
The event marked the continuation of the cricket tournament held on 14 February 2026 with 8 Teams out of which 6 players were selected per team and formed 4 teams for this Tournament with the objective of selecting 16 players for the CCFA One Team.
The tournament was organized by the committee headed by Vice President R. Srinivasan, along with Co-Heads Vice President B. P. Mohamed Rahim and Joint Secretary K. J. Bharanidharan.
The event was supported by Chairmen D. Mani and P. Sivaprakasam, under the guidance of Coordinator K. Venkattu, Past President.
The program commenced with a welcome address delivered by Secretary M. Umamagesh. The matches were conducted in a competitive & highly disciplined/planned manner, showcasing the skills and dedication of all participating players.
The winning team, CCFA – Cheetahs’, was awarded the Winner’s Trophy by President S. Sivadoss. The award ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished guests including Legend R. Sathyanarayanan, Immediate Past President P. Sreejith, President-Elect G. Velmurugan, Treasurer V. Gopal, and Vice President A. Arivazzhagan.
The organizers extend their heartfelt thanks to all participants for their support and enthusiasm throughout the day extended for the grand success of the tournament.
Now CCFA Cricket Team is there to take a part in Tournaments that is happening in our Shipping & Logistics Fraternity and outside as well.
