Paradip Port Concludes Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 with Call for Integrity and Transparency

Marking a collective reaffirmation of the Port’s commitment to integrity and transparent governance, Paradip Port Authority concluded an inspiring Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, held under the guidance of Capt. A.C. Sahoo (DC & Dy. Chairman, I/C). The closing ceremony was graced by Devidatta Satapathy, IRSME, CVO, as Chief Guest.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Smruti Ranjan Beura, Dy. CVO, who underscored the importance of collective awareness and vigilance in maintaining ethical standards within the organization.
In his address, Chief Guest Satapathy highlighted the vital role of ethical conduct in daily life and advised everyone not to tolerate any form of wrongdoing or corruption. He emphasized that vigilance and transparency are essential for strengthening public trust and institutional integrity.
Heads of Departments who shared the dais reiterated the collective responsibility of building a corruption-free and transparent organization by adhering to the principles of honesty, accountability, and good governance.
As part of the observance, prizes were distributed to school students who excelled in various competitions held during Vigilance Awareness Week 2025. Their creative contributions and understanding of ethical values reflected the spirit of the campaign to nurture a responsible and value-driven generation.
As the event drew to a close, Nihar Ranjan Ojha, AEE (El.), proposed the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, participants, and employees for their unwavering support in championing the cause of ethical governance.
