Paradip Port Commemorates Mahatma Gandhi’s Birthday, Launches Special Campaign 5.0

On the occasion of the birthday of the Father of Nation, P.L. Haranadh, Chairman, Paradip Port Authority, offered floral tributes at the Mahatma Gandhi statue.
The event was graced by Sampad Chandra Swain, Minister, Industries, Skill Development & Technical Education, Government of Odisha, along with other dignitaries.
The front of the PPA Administrative Building and the newly developed Vessel Steering Wheel were inaugurated by Haranadh and the HoDs of PPA, marking a significant step towards a modern, clean, and welcoming environment at Paradip Port Authority.
The students from local schools, under the guidance of Paradip Port Authority, showcased their creativity and awareness through Essay and Painting Competitions on cleanliness and environmental responsibility. Chairman Haranadh personally awarded the winners of Swachhata Hi Seva, inspiring our young minds to embrace civic responsibility and contribute to a cleaner future. He flagged off the Special Campaign 5.0 Rath at PPA, spreading the message of cleanliness, hygiene, and responsibility among all employees. Aligned with the theme of “Cleanliness (Swachhata) and Minimizing Administrative Pendency”, the campaign reinforces PPA’s commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and a cleaner workplace.
