Paradip Port Creates Record After Record

Paradip Port Authority (PPA) created history among all Indian Major Ports by clocking Half a century inward rake unloading in a single day i.e. 51 nos. on 21st January 2023.

The previous highest was 48, achieved on 18th January. Shri P.L. Haranadh, Chairman, PPA has congratulated Team PPA for yet another stupendous performance.

Paradip Port Authority achieved another record by getting highest ever inward rakes released in a day i.e. 48 nos. on 18th January’2023. Shri P.L. Haranadh, Chairman lauded Team PPA for yet another stupendous performance. The previous record was 47 nos. of rakes achieved on 4th January’2023

Paradip Port clocked the highest ever single day cargo throughput of 6,60,094 MT on 17th January 2023. Shri P.L. Haranadh, Chairman congratulated Team PPA as old records are getting tumbled & new milestones become order of the day.  It may be noted that PPA achieved highest ever daily traffic of 649730 MT on 14th of last month.

As the Port is vying for highest ever cargo throughput of 130 MMT in current fiscal, till 17th of this month it has attained cargo throughput of 103.92 MMT, showing a growth of 16.6% over corresponding period of previous fiscal.
