Mumbai Port Holds Swachhata Pakhwada 2021

Shri Rajiv Jalota, IAS, Chairman, Mumbai Port Trust flagged off the Swachhata Pakhwada, 2021 activities in Mumbai Port on 16 September 2021 by administering the Swachhata Pledge to the Heads of Departments and Sr. Officers in the Board Room. The pledge was also administered to the Officers and Staff in respective departments/divisions. Thereafter, cleanliness drive has been started in all the departments/division. Digital Banners have been displayed on the Intranet as well as physical banner have been placed spreading the message of cleanliness at various locations. The activities would continue from 16 to 30 September 2021.

Shri Adesh Titarmare Assumes Charge As Deputy Chairman, Mumbai Port Trust

Shri Adesh Titarmare, IAS, (Bihar: 2006) assumed charge as Deputy Chairman, Mumbai Port Trust with effect from 17 September, 2021.

Before joining Mumbai Port Trust, Shri Adesh Titarmare worked as Director – Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar. Prior to this, he held important assignments such as Director – Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam Ltd.- (BRBN), Director – Weights & Measures Division, State Transport Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner – Patna, Municipal Corporation, Managing Director, Bihar State Milk Federation, etc. during his 15 years of administrative career.

He is Graduate in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics from Institute of Science, Nagpur University.
