Skyways Air Services Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

Skyways Air Services Limited, the integrated logistics solutions provider, on 18 September 2026 announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY27, ended 30 June, 2026, following approval by the Board of Directors at its meeting held earlier today.

Demonstrating strong operational momentum and industry leadership, Skyways continues to maintain its No. 1 position in Air Freight Forwarding. On a global scale, the company has advanced to number 44 globally in air cargo operations.

Furthermore, Skyways’ domestic market share has increased from 5.9% last quarter to 6.2% this quarter, underscoring its steady growth and strengthening position within the sector.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported total income of Rs 1,225.17 crore for the quarter, up 90.4% from Rs 643.50 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, driven by revenue from operations of Rs 1,216.53 crore, an increase of 92.9% over Rs 630.91 crore a year earlier.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 82.6% year-on-year to Rs 49.94 crore from Rs 27.35 crore, while profit for the period stood at Rs 26.79 crore, up 143.3% from Rs 11.01 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Total comprehensive income for the quarter came in at Rs 27.17 crore, compared to Rs 11.01 crore in the corresponding period last year, an increase of 146.8%.

Commenting on the results, Yashpal Sharma, Chief Executive Officer & CMD of Skyways Air Services Limited, said “India’s logistics sector is at an exciting inflection point, backed by strong GDP growth, rising consumption, manufacturing expansion, e-commerce penetration and continued infrastructure-led reforms. On a standalone basis, the Company reported revenue from operations of Rs 675.86 crore for the quarter, up from Rs 321.78 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, while profit for the period rose to Rs 14.05 crore from Rs 6.63 crore a year earlier.
