Deendayal Port Receives Sagar Aankalan Award in Container Cargo Category

Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla, one of the premier major ports in India, received the Sagar Aankalan Award from Sarbanada Sonowal, Union Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways as best performing port under category “Handling of Container Cargo – Less than 0.5 Million TEUs” in FY 2024-25.
The award was received by Nilabhra Dasgupta, IRS, Deputy Chairman of DPA, at Mumbai. The recognition reflects DPA’s continued pursuit of operational excellence.
