CMA CGM Announces Upgrade in PEARL (PRX) Service, New Direct Calls in Indian Subcontinent

Shipping major CMA CGM on 17 March 2026 announced an important upgrade to its PEARL (PRX) service, aimed at further enhancing connectivity and coverage on the West Indian Subcontinent and South China to US West Coast trade.
According to the announcement, the PEARL service will now offer an exclusive and direct connection from West India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka ports to Los Angeles.
The EB port rotation will be adjusted as follows: Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Karachi – Colombo – Singapore – Haiphong – Xiamen – Nansha – Yantian – Los Angeles.
The WB rotation will be: Los Angeles – Gwangyang – Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Shekou – Singapore – Nhava Sheva – Mundra – Karachi.
The service will provide direct, weekly fixed-day departures from Indian Subcontinent West Coast and offer following EB transit times to Los Angeles:
The new Indian Subcontinent rotation will take effect from the following sailing:
– Vessel: APL QINGDAO
– Bookings from Indian Sub-Continent to US West Coast will be under: 0FFH0E1MA
– Bookings from Southeast Asia & South China to US West Coast will be under: 0P50SE1MA
– First departure under new rotation: Nhava Sheva on 30/03/2026
All subsequent sailings will follow this revised port rotation.
