Russian Delegation Visits Mormugao Port in Goa, Explores “Avenues” for Maritime Collaboration

A high-level Russian delegation led by Nikolai Patrushev, Aide to the President of Russia and Chairman of the Russian Maritime Board, on 19 November 2025 visited Mormugao Port in Goa.
Mormugao Port Authority Chairperson Dr. N. Vinodkumar along with Deputy Chairperson Vinayak Rao, welcomed the Russian delegation.
During the visit, a high-level meeting held between the Russian delegation led by Nikolai Patrushev and Mormugao Port Authority team led by Chairperson Dr. Vinodkumar, to explore avenues for maritime collaboration.
