Air Cargo Agents Association of India Holds Annual Convention at Bali, Indonesia

The 49^th annual convention of the Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) began with much fanfare in Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort Spa & Resort, Indonesia on 6 November 2025 with an inaugural session at 1830 hrs local time. The venue and the scenic beauty of Bali enthralled one & all.

Anil Vazirani, Convention Chairman, delivered the welcome address followed by the Presidential Address by Samir Shah, President, ACAAI. The inauguration started with the lighting of the lamp. National anthems of Indonesia and India were played.

Lawlesh Kumar, Vice Consul General of India to Indonesia, addressed the participants as the Chief Guest. He elaborated about the background of Indonesia and its connection with India, having similar Hindu culture, and trade between the two countries.

Yukki Nugrahawan, Senior Vice President, FIATA (Indonesia) was the Guest of Honour. Keynote address was delivered by Girish Vanvari, Transaction Square LLP, Mumbai alongwith Utpal Almoul,a Partner, KPMG. The inaugural day ended with the audience listening to the dignitaries, on the dais, with great interest and applauding them thunderously. Local dancers mesmerized the audience with traditional Balinese dance, prompting participants to dance with them as well. Chaitaly Mehta, Honorary Secretary General, ACAAI, presented Vote of Thanks.
