Adani’s Kattupalli Port Receives “Green Award 2018” From Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board

Kattupalli Port, promoted by country’s largest port developer Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ) through its company Marine Infrastructure Developer Pvt Ltd and located near Kamarajar Port in Chennai, received Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board’s “Green Award 2018” from the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Edapadi Palaniswamy on 13 June 2019 at the Secretariat in presence of Minister of Environment, Chairman, TNPCB, Member Secretary, TNPCB and other Government Officers.

Mr. Ennarasu Karunesan,CEO Southern Ports, Adani Group, received the award from Chief Minister along with Mr. Sathish Kumar, Head – Environment, Southern Ports and Mr. Natarajan, Corporate Affairs.

Kattupalli port was awarded Green Award 2018 for their exemplary contribution on Environment management and various Environment initiatives taken during the year 2018.
